I thought Tony's reaction to his parents' death was fantastically acted (as well as Tony's reaction to Rhodey being hurt). The scenes with T'Challa reacting to his father's death were also fantastic.

Somehow the movie made me sympathize with Zemo for a bit. His speech to T'Challa and almost suicide was wonderfully portrayed. I especially love that T'Challa was able to let go of his pursuit of revenge ("the living are not done with you yet" line was bomb).

Oh, there were lots of great moments, and basically 100% of T'Challa's moments were amazing. And yeah, I thought the ending with Zemo was especially well done.

The thing is, T'Challa reacting to his father's death didn't qualify as angst for me, because there was nothing unexpected or exceptional about it. Good angst should hurt. I'm not saying it wasn't emotional or touching, but for me, it wasn't angsty.
