I find people who don't wear bicycle helmets far more immediately repulsive than people who don't wear condoms. I'm not forced to interact with people's nonuse of condoms in every day situations... or at all, really, whereas people not wearing helmets are thrusting themselves upon me when I'm driving or cycling or generally trying to get around.

But on the level of public health and safety, people who don't wear condoms are the bigger dicks, so to speak.
