I've seen a few Wincest fics where Sam and/or Dean will call each other "love" (or, worse somehow, "my love") and it cracks me up. On what planet???

If Dean was going to use any nickname, it would 100% be 'Baby'. For Sam, probably 'Sammy' though.

Yes, "baby" is one of the few that I can actually see him using (half out of genuineness and half just to tick Sam off)

If the point is to annoy Sam, I can actually see Dean pull out the most ridiculous over-the-top goofy endearments to call him.

But if he's being serious? "Sammy."
