This Eren/Levi ship sounds totally up my alley, and apparently it's popular?
Why can't you just tell your friend you ship it and that can be your excuse for not getting into the weird Seme/Uke dynamics.

Normally I would do just that, but...it's really hard to explain anon, but she's weird about this pairing/series in a way I've never really seen before. More fanatical I guess? And while I totally respect people's right to get really fucking into things, that isn't how I feel about this series. I tentatively broached the subject of Levi/Eren with her once, and the response was very 'angry anti-shipper', so I dropped it. She's an amazing friend besides this one issue, I just felt like venting on anon. :/
