OP

But I kinda need to know what he's done before I can decide that.

Google is your best friend.

Not really google give me news, which is unreliable (Look at Jimmy Saville, where were you on that on, news media?) and partisan political blogs. I need to find a moderate space I trust to give me both sides. Like here.

But Jimmy Saville points up the issue which is that no one really knew until everyone knew. And similarly we're just as unreliable as partisan political blogs.

Loads of people knew. The media said shit. Perhaps a better example would be Bill Cosby or Mike Tyson.

Sure, those are better examples.

But in those cases - well, in Tyson's case, it was easily accessible and reported on. He went to prison for it, it's just the media didn't take it seriously. And with Cosby, I think, the Cosby affair shows that there has been a complete watershed change in how we approach these things and that in general there are enough people out there and paying attention that you're not going to be able to completely ignore those things any more. Like, I really do think that's a fundamental change. Not that it's going to actually lead to consequences for all of those involved - but in the court of public opinion, there are going to be people out there publicizing these things basically from now on. It's almost a pre-Cosby and a post-Cosby world.

"I need to find a moderate space I trust to give me both sides. Like here."

As enjoyable as this place is, I'd say that's a rather naive assumption to make.

...so you're going to rely on a bunch of mostly anonymous jagweeds on fandomsecrets for accurate news on the matter? Good luck with that
