Nah. I think it is just the long hair. He looks less "sleazy" with short hair. But he has had to keep long hair for like 3 years because of MCU movies.

The long hair/slicked back hair definitely makes him look sleazy, but he still has a perpetual "I don't want to be here, I'm bored and tired" face regardless of his hairstyle. He does seem to lighten up more when interviewed with Mackie, though.
