(Anonymous) 2016-05-18 03:18 am (UTC)(link)I mean, just in general, if someone is making a judgment which you think is erroneous in case A, but not making the same judgment in case B, it seems to me that the logical thing is to get them to correct their understanding of case A, not to extend the same faulty logic to case B. And yet, over and over again, I see people say the opposite: they don't mind if the person is wrong, as long as they're wrong fairly. It's stupid as hell.
