Today, like the past three days, I woke up with a headache. So I've been in bed trying to convince myself I'll feel worse if I don't eat. Then taking a bite of something and immediately regretting my decision.

I'm also going to be super honest and say that I need to shower before I have to just throw myself in the bin. I keep dislocating my shoulder though and my headache has made my hemiplegia worse so I have one arm that rolls out of its socket every time I lift it and another that's basically floppy and numb and idk how to wash my hair without hands. I can still use my right hand to type which is good because I could probably text someone and ask them to come over and wash my hair for me but the longer I leave it the more horrifying the prospect is so yeah.

My dog still loves me. So that's nice. He slept half on top of my legs and it stopped me from rolling over in my sleep and dislocating my shoulder.
