Yeah, I totally agree. There were dozens of good reasons to think of for him leaving, even just him needing a change would have been good. I mean, Tony's life hasn't really changed in 15 years, that would make anyone consider *making* a change. But noooooooo...It had to be all about Ziva. Again.

As a Tony fan I was also kind of annoyed at how little the ep/arc was about Tony. They announced he was going to leave months ago and they did a few eps that were obviously foreshadowing. But compare that to how Derek Morgan left on Criminal Minds. His departure wasn't really announced in advance at all. Fans just sort of guessed based on the cast's twitter and instagram. But he got several episodes focused on him and his relationships with the team and exploring his reasons for leaving, etc. IMO he got a much nicer send-off.

I'm honestly not sure whether or not I'm going to watch next season. I've been kind of 'meh' about the show for a while now and Tony was my favorite character. After this finale I doubt I'll bother checking in. Maybe to see if Tony does show up once in a while? Except that I wouldn't put it past them to have Ziva pop up again (even just off-screen) so they can play happy family. Ugh.
