Depends on the visual novel. I know there are parts of the Internet that freaking love Fate Stay Night, and every once in a while someone gushes over Saya no Uta. I think there's some game about time travel and cell phones that also gets recommended.

I've got no idea how people who are so sensitive to criticism survive in the real world. Really. If you do a lousy job with a task I've assigned you, I won't get nasty but I will point out what you did wrong and make you correct it. Honestly, I'm genuinely impressed that the show went there and didn't just play it for laughs or quick drama. (Didn't they have a lesbian character who also didn't suck? I haven't made it past season 5 yet, but that makes me want to catch up.)
