I'm not saying I disliked Morgan's exit but I'm going to contrast it with what they did with Tony. One character is okay but it's still not what I would've preferred. They did do an okay job with the plot but I would've preferred something different for Morgan. Having Tony do it too and his done so much worse is irritating.

Yeah, that's totally understandable. Like stated, I did like Morgan's exit overall, but I won't argue that there's a few things I might've done differently with it, too (namely tying it to the Dirty Dozen situation. I don't know what suggestions you would've had, but I'm interested to hear them if you want to share).

I feel bad for the Tony fans who weren't happy with his exit. Based off what I read, I can certainly understand why, and the weirdest part is that it seems the storyline didn't work for a lot of fans across the board. Anti-Tiva people were unhappy because Tiva/Ziva was part of the story, Tiva/Ziva fans weren't happy 'cause their beloved ship was sunk and Ziva was killed rather gracelessly off-screen (supposedly, anyway, since it seems the show wants to leave that door open JUST IN CASE), Tony fans were unhappy because the story didn't really properly focus on him and properly honor and look back on his years with the team, so...I don't really know who exactly the writers thought they were going to appease and make happy with this idea.
