Behind the back, because having to twist it around seems awkward, and I'm still flexible enough to reach. That is a point to consider, as I know my Mum twist hers around because she's not quite that flexible enough to do it up behind any more.

Someone also made a comment about small breasts and I think that is a valid point - it strikes me as easier to get cups in place right if one puts them on straight off instead of having to push and prod around a pair of large tits to get them settled properly.
