For Haikyuu, Iwaizumi topping Oikawa seems to be more popular in Western fanfic. However, for doujins, it seems that Iwaiumi bottoming is more popular. Oikawa is only three inches taller, but I guess it's a pairing that flip flops.

The few Yamaguchi/Tsukishima doujinshi that made their way onto the Internet have Yamaguchi topping in a surprising number of them. (Yay!)
