Yeah, I think it's amazing that people seem to have lost all ability to not take song lyrics literally. (Come to think of it: Where are the people complaining about "I don't like Mondays", while we're onthe topic of songs about school shootings?)

These people probably also believe that most metal bands want to go on murderous rampages all the time (or ride some dragons. Or both.).
