Only kill it if you're allergic. Otherwise try to catch it, or if wasps freak you out too much, open a window and try to get it to fly out.

If it was a non-winged bug, I would say it's more understandable to kill it, but winged insects usually fly away if they have the chance.

I almost thing it's less understandable to kill a non-winged bug? You can let them out much more easily.

No, it's too scary to go near them with a cup and a paper, IMO. Winged things you can open a window and wait or shoo them out with a long broom or something, and are much easier to get them to move without putting your hands near them.

But then again, I'm not scared of any winged bugs, only spiders, cockroaches, and silverfish.
