I think it's a troll, too. It's a better troll than usual, but it looks like very successful trolling.

It's insane enough to get everyone upset without being obviously fake, you know?

I suspect anyone who's this butthurt over Blake Lively has a decent chance of being angry about Ryan Reynolds for some reason, or just has a grudge against Blake Lively.

But it's probably a troll.

I agree that it's probably a troll, but OP's secret was hardly very butthurt and I don't think most of the responses have been too butthurt

If anyone's butthurt, it's the person running around saying that criticizing Blake Lively is tantamount to supporting segregation

I would prefer to believe that no one legitimately cares this much about a girl using a song lyric to describe herself. Particularly since it's a) accurate, and b) the writer of said song is cool with it.

It's not accurate, okay, Blake Lively is from Tarzana, which is not Oakland. facts.

seriously though I'm one of the people who's been talking about it the most and I would say at most I think it was kind of clueless and laughable for her to say, but like, Blake Lively has done stupider shit. It's more that I think the argument around it is interesting, and I think a lot of people on here are saying dumb things about it. Like, the issue people have is not that a white person quoted a song written by a black dude, you know?
