I have my own dream question

I don't know what you'd call them, but sometimes I half-wake up, but I'm still dreaming. Usually when I wake up suddenly or am not feeling well. So I'll get out of bed and walk around, but I'm still dreaming?

One time, for instance, I thought I was in the TARDIS. (In my defense, I'd fallen asleep watching Doctor Who.)
