I could never ever get in to the Draco Trilogy nor figure out why it was so popular.

I completely missed all of that drama, but I've poked around at places that still host it and I've just never had the patience to sit down and try it, or her published works. Though that's largely because instead of owning up to her mistakes and going 'Yeah, I did a lot of shitty things back then and I'm sorry about it, moving on,' she seems to prefer "DON'T TALK ABOUT THE AWFUL THINGS I DID IT NEVER HAPPENED NEVER" and that just sours me on her writing in general.

I'm sure when I was more active in the Harry Potter fandom there were other fics that I didn't get.

I was never big in to the Shoebox Project either.

I can't stand Cassie Clare and refuse to read her other books.

I tried to read the Shoebox Project once but I just don't care about Marauder Era fic. It was one trend I never got bored with.

I have so much frustration built up around Cassie Claire that it's ridiculous, considering I was like 12 when all that nonsense went down and was not even aware of it at the time.

I liked some Marauder era fic, but I mostly read that pre-OotP, so we knew next to the nothing about them.

I was young too when the Cassie Clare hit, but I remember Laptopgate and just stayed on the fringes of everything.

I've read all the wank reports, and Laptopgate makes me want to destroy things. People get mad because no one will 'let it go' but that's because she's made no effort to even pretend to be sorry about any of that nonsense.

I just don't like her attitude towards things now too. You are a published author please act professionally! But with twitter/tumblr, the line gets blurred and I hate when authors act so unprofessionally.

I briefly liked it because the description made me think it was a Freaky Fridayish parody using HP. (Since Harry and Draco switch bodies and everything.)

... it only later occurred to me that it may have been inspired by the Buffy episode where Buffy and Faith switch bodies. (Not that body switching is that unique, but given CC's reputation...)

I didn't catch on to that but I had never watched Buffy. I know that was a big part of her debacle of using word for word quotes from Buffy, which led to her being banned from ff.net and then the whole set up of fictionalley

I loved it for one simple reason: I had never seen Buffy and didn't realize she'd stolen literally every line I liked.
