I can see how it could be read that way. To me it did not seem to be rejecting the idea that certain size labia are ugly. There is no clear denunciation of the idea that labias should be a certain size or appearance in it, just Herpy saying plastic surgeon's ideal labias shouldn't be taken as fact.

I might agree if the phrase "not healthy" wasn't in there. That's a pretty clear negative judgment of the position.

Maybe I would too if he hadn't said "I'm not sure". I take that as a neutral stance; neither confirming nor denying. It simply introduces the possibility that the stance may be wrong: it doesn't argue that it IS wrong.

A critical response would be "You shouldn't take a personal surgeon's definition as gospel".

I disagree. I think an uncritical response wouldn't introduce any kind of doubt or implication that the stance is unhealthy. It would just present the stance without comment.
