-Whether or not one wants to be a virgin, that should remain a personal choice for each individual, and neither option is wrong.
-I hate the way society makes presumptions about how "good" or "bad" a person is based on whether or not they're a virgin.
-I also hate the way women get shamed if they aren't virgins, while men get made fun of if they are.

Agree, but would also point out that virginity is not always considered a "good" thing. Maybe when you're younger, but if you get a bit older, all of a sudden people get weird that you're STILL a virgin.

So, for a while some people might think that being a virgin makes you "good", but all too quickly they will then think it makes you "bad", like expired milk or something.
