Due to checks and balances and the fact that he's never been consistent in his entire life, I don't think Trump would make the worst president in the world. However, the act of electing him as president after the shit he's said and the way he's behaved in this election would ruin the country forever.

I am still hoping it is a long con by Trump. He has been fairly liberal historically and didn't become ULTRA conservative fodder until recently.

IA. Trump wouldn't necessarily drive the country into the ground policy-wise, but it'd definitely destroy our reputation.

I see him as somewhere between Silvio Berlusconi and Rodrigo Duerte. I am afraid he could potentially get economic policies passed that would worsen the next recession, but I don't think his race and religion bullshit will make it through.

Yep. My feeling is I don't care if he winds up being "WORST PRESIDENT EVAR!" or not, he's still obnoxious, and even if he doesn't pass half of what he talks about, he's stirring up people who think his ideas are actually good in and of themselves, which is what I find most troubling.

He's always bugged me, even before his presidential run, and I just want him to go the fuck away.
