I'm fine or I'm okay. Or I did something when I'm really procrastinating on it or just plan on doing it another time.

Mostly because my parents still treat me like a child a lot and are always asking me about things I need to do, multiple times a day until I do it. It is easier to just say I did it or tell them I'm doing fine so I don't have to hear it anymore.
