Couldn't disagree more. At least this looks like a new, interesting, and different. With the amount of comic book movies we're going to be getting in the future, I for one am really glad this is promising not to be a stale rehash of the source material.

Yeah, I mean. I only remember ONE rendition of Aquaman I found memorable (and that was Batman: the Brave and the Bold, the Aquaman who basically ran around being EXTREMELY ENTHUSIASTIC! And talking entirely in capslock with exclamation points!) so hey, maybe Momoa will add some interest to the role!
