I'm not a Tony stan or anything, but I can see why Tony was so pissed off. After feeling the entire movie that Steve was betraying him, Steve protecting Bucky was probably the last straw. Tony also doesn't know Bucky personally at all, so getting angry at him is eaiser because he doesn't know what he's really like.
I'm not saying he's in the right per say, but his actions arent that unresonable.

I can sympathize with his pain and still think he was morally in the wrong, especially after Steve tried to get through to him and Tony's answer being "I don't care."

Yeah, it's morally wrong, but it's also understandable--the end of that sentence was "he killed my mom".
