I like the show too, though at this point I'm not sure why. Mostly, I don't feel like I'm being mocked (there were a few episodes that really bugged me in this regard though). My biggest thing right now is the "nice guy" thing with Penny and Leonard, and how Sheldon treats Amy. And that Bernadette is becoming such a horrible person. I was also uncomfortable with how they treated Stuart's depression (I wanted to give him a hug) but they've made him creepy too. I find, though, a lot of that is just what happens on a long-running show where characters become caricatures.

I'm still watching though.

Stuart was always presented as creepy. They made him the woobie for a while but considering he was given a degree of power only to have it yanked away (granted by forces beyond anyone's control) when Howard's mom died, that had a serious effect on him.

Sheldon is becoming more affectionate towards Amy, and she's getting more understanding with him. I've seen more growth in both of them recently than I had before.

I'm going to have to disagree about Stuart. I didn't find him creepy initially. He was try-hard and awkward but not creepy like he is now. They've really twisted his character.

They have done some growth with Sheldon lately but not enough for me. I think he gets too much of a pass for his bullshit. Even when they address it, in the end he's still in the right or didn't learn anything.

Oh I found Stuart a creeper for a long time. He would basically use his depression as an excuse to use people, especially mooching off of them.

Sheldon gets a pass? He's almost always presented as being in the wrong even when he's factually right because he's an insufferable jerk about almost everything. And that's what he's getting better at because he's learning how to understand what other people feel.

Same here. I'm objectively aware that it kind of sucks, but it's something of a guilty pleasure for me. Not entirely sure why.
