I like woobying characters where the whole world rejects them terribly and everyone is super mean and they have the most horrible back story ever but no one knows about it, and the wooby is basically a martyr, and then when it's all discovered, everyone feels really bad and the woobied character gets all the love.

Like, I couldn't read this if it was the only thing I ever read, but every once in a while, it scratches the itch.
