In addition to rape, I've warned for miscarriage (in part because one of my friends miscarried less than a year before I wrote the fic, and I didn't want her to read it unawares), bestiality, and graphic violence. Also, it's not a warning per se, but I make sure to tag all of my incest fics as such in case someone's surfing an unfamiliar fandom and doesn't know what they're getting into.
