Neal and Christa. :( And yeah, it's the one with the drugs (Heather) and Campbell, the dickhead surgeon she was sleeping with, who are going to be regulars next season.

Yep. They had just barely gotten together when his ex girlfriend showed up and started causing trouble, and then it kind of ended with things up in the air over whether or not they were going to stay together.

There was an article about all the cast changes that implied there might not even be any explanation of why they're not there next season, but if there is, I'm guessing they're going to say they left together and wanted to go have a new start somewhere else or something like that.

I will confess I'm curious about Angus's storyline this season, since wasn't he caught doing drugs last season? Or if his guilt from what he had done will catch up to him.
