If you like it our not, both is fine for me. I personally like it now and then because it's a combination of convenience and kink. In particular because all parties involved usually have an absolutely amazing time - I don't read much dark and/or noncon stuff. Realistic sex is great too, but that's not always great, is it? Sometimes it's just meh, sometimes it's bad, sometimes it's just fucking frustrating. And sometimes I like my porn to be pure fantasy where no one has to deal with any of the issues that come with real sex.

I also think that the people who make unfounded generalisations about people who like ABO or slash or have top/bottom preferences etc. just want to feel superior to others. Because their assumptions and accusations say a lot more about them than about the people they're actually talking about.
