I love this book! And that's not pathetic at all, OP. If it is, then I'm really pathetic because I still pretend I'm a princess when I'm having a difficult day. When I'm dealing with extremely rude parents and administrators, sometimes the only way I can keep my cool is to tell myself I'm a princess and a princess should behave properly no matter what.
