Re: What Young Whippersnappers need to see!
...I can't be the only person who loved that.

However, SB gets points for just having a memorable character and voice. Whenever I want to make my nephew laugh when we're playing with stuff, I just whip out a Strong Bad impression. It's pretty great.

I find it interesting to see how the internet's evolved since I was in middle school/high school.

But to be fair, HSR was a top quality IP even considering non-internet entertainment at the time.
Re: What Young Whippersnappers need to see!
I'm trying to think what other random flash video sites we'd watch back then. It's funny because I've dragged out all of my old mixtapes and have been uploading them lately so I'm listening to the same music I was listening to back then and it's like a nostalgia wave.
Also, at least there was not the whole "blank reacts to blank" videos. They're probably my least favorite videos that keep showing up for me to watch in youtube even though I've never watched one.
Re: What Young Whippersnappers need to see!
Some comedy gold out of those threads, I tell you what.
I heard some random Metallica come on the radio just the other day and it's like I was instantly 16 again.
