I haven't been around much lately so my memory isn't as sharp as it probably should be, but I remember thinking "you're rad." I believe we might've had a conversation or two about MCU or gaming, but I know I've read quite a few thoughtful comments of yours since then and found myself agreeing with them.

That's ok, my memory is terrible and I recognize people largely by icons. But your name is familiar and I think we've talked before, and that I enjoyed it. I wish I had a better compliment, but I'm as bad at those as I am at memory. Thank you so much!

That's alright! I've been told I confuse people on a regular basis. (It's the absurd number of icons. I am laughably indecisive, and have too many interests.)

I am "that one user with too many icons". It is my staple. There's no concrete way to know who I am if you aren't looking at my username...unless you actually remember the icons, in which case: jokes on you, I switch them out periodically!

It's a sickness. Don't catch it.

Hearing this makes me feel weirdly accomplished, and that probably says something sad about me as a person.

Uh, I have had some of the same icons for years, though! That said, a good many of them do eventually get deleted (or switched out with different icons of the same characters and/or fandoms), so your complete loss is understandable. (Now I am YOU.)

Yeah, but you have so many that I can go months without seeing them. Especially since I don't read every thread.
