Not quite the same, but I went to kindergarten with a mixed-race girl who had blonde afro-textured hair. All of her features were typically African-American, so she looked like her hair and her light brown skin had been somehow recolored. (This being kindergarten, I have no idea if she grew up to be someone who was considered attractive.)

I teach preschool and I had a boy in my class like that. He had his father's blond hair and blue eyes, but his mother's features and texture to his hair. His skin was darker than his father's but not by much. I have no idea what he looks like now, though.
