I would say so. It's brother-sister incest, but they didn't originally know they were related, and once they find out, they do everything they can to hide and deny their feelings. It's very artsy and does everything it can to avoid coming off as crass or exploitative. (It's from the same studio as Kino's Journey, if you're familiar with that.)
