I have no idea whether the CW considered picking it up, but Constantine doesn't seem like it would have been a good match for the network's current style of programming.

Constantine had a cameo on Arrow. I don't see why it would not fit.

What was Constantine's demo?

(Anonymous) 2016-06-11 08:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Comic book fans? I expect the same demo as any comic book show.

Well, I mean, Supergirl's demo is heavily female, which closely matches a lot of the CW's other programming. Arrow and The Flash I'm not as sure about but I'm pretty sure it's fairly similar. That's what I'm getting at.

Uh, no. Supergirl's demo is *comic book fans in general*(I know way more male fans than I do female), as is Arrow's, as is The Flash's, as is Legends of Tomorrow, as was Constantine, though geared more towards the adult end of the spectrum.

But the main thing they all have in common is that they are *all* based off of a comic book character.
