Good news, the same blog did a follow-up post and doesn't appear to have gotten any hate for it. They're back to posting as normal now.

she's not the one who was getting the hate. the asshole who those posts were directed at seeks popular lesbian ships and then just rips into them. those angry posts came after orlando.
