Sadly, it seems the creative team who created the book have since died. :(

It started its life in the eighties as an adults-only indy comic in Argentina. Lots of blood, sex, and Nazis. It proved a pretty popular comic, and got printed in French and Spanish, but never English. (Thus my pursuit of scanlations.) Its English incarnation was a 90s cartoon for children, which took out the blood and sex, and toned down the whole Nazis thing.
Due to lots of bureaucratic problems, the show went down after only one season. It's still pretty good though, and worth watching!
As for trans stuf.... soooooort of? Cybersix is an artificial human being, and she is very much female in the comics (boobs shots everywhere), but to avoid her creators, she takes on a male teacher persona in a big seedy city where she hopes no one will find her. And she's not "out," so interacts with her big secret crush and her other coworkers as male, fighting evil at night as a woman.
So while it's not REALLY trans, it definitely read to me as a sorta trans power fantasy--yes, you have to be closeted in your day to day life, but you also get to be your true self and fight evil at night!
If you want trans comics recs though, oh man, can I name a ton of those!
