Not!fandom: IT IS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE FUCKING PHOTOSHOP. Or any other program that CAN color over pictures. Some people only have paint and either don't know how to pirate or are against it and can't afford the programs.

The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) is free (open-source) software and is available for Windows, OS X, and Unix systems.

Yeah I know GIMP can do things, but I personally was never able to get my head around it. *kinda dumb* I already can do stuff like that with my Opencanvas 1, but I know there are people who have no idea how to work anything and can't find stuff other than paint 'cause I know quite a few people who are like that. It bugs me when people go "it's not that hard" when for some people, yes it is. @__@
