Wow, that sucks. Could you get someone to take notes for you or use a keyboard?

My classmates were awesome and made me copies of most of the lecture notes, so that helped. My instructor's preferred teaching method is handing out a fill-in-the-blanks worksheet to encourage us to pay attention, so unfortunately keyboard was out.
