(Sorry, I'm not that much of a Bond fan (to know all the versions.)

I need to watch more of the older Bonds. (Though to be fair, I haven't even watched all the newer ones.)

Now I can remember hearing his name in a song about Bond. It was a fun song!
And he's attractive; maybe I'll get around to checking him out one day.

Forgot to add that he's an amazing person off-camera, for he is an ambassador for UNICEF.
You should also try Timothy Dalton. He's 100% close to Ian Fleming's creation of the character. Sadly, he only did two films, though both are good. ("Licence to Kill" really set the blueprints for the Daniel Craig era. Dalton was really ahead of his time, in terms of trying to bring an edge to the films)

I've heard time and time again that "The Spy who loved me" is an excellent film; think it was one of Taron Egerton's favorites too, which makes me more curious. I've heard good things about "License to Kill" as well.
Wonder if they're on Netlix. I enjoyed "Casino Royale" and "Skyfall" a lot, so if that film has a similar feel to it, I would probably love it.

(Anonymous) 2016-06-20 10:39 pm (UTC)(link)(and it has a fun cast: Jackie Chan, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr, Dom DeLuise, the aforementioned Roger Moore, Jamie Farr, Terry Bradshaw, to name a few. And the outtakes played at the end are hysterical!)
