Uh, well if it's any consolation I can't remember any recent secrets about specific fics. Doesn't mean there weren't any, just that I don't remember them.

That being the case, I bet there are others like me, and even if people remember the secret referencing your fic, it doesn't mean they would connect it to you.

Not that it isn't perfectly fine to continue being anon, but if you have a desire to use your username again then I don't see the problem. I have some paranoia too, but rarely is it justified.

There was one recently complaining about a warning, and then one that turned unexpectedly into shaming people who liked the kink it featured?

Ooo, was it the one about de-aging fic? I didn't think that one singled out a particular fic...but it might have.

Or maybe it was another one entirely.

I'm not a fan of shaming people for their fic preferences, but I suppose I can better understand why OP would be worried if their fic was mentioned in such a way.
