AYRT Can you clarify what you mean? As in you meet people all the time who put you off? Or you've experienced both?

Both, actually.

I meet people who put me off very regularly. I don't actively hate them or anything, I just know very early on we would not work well together as friends or even acquaintances, and I do not reall wish to associate them more.

I also have met people who reacted negatively to me very early on, with similar results.

Lol I have a handful of things that I hear people say and I'm like "ooooh you've just shut down any chance of me really wanting to talk to you ever again/being able to take anything you say seriously or at face value"

Yea, same. And it's not even the same as "you're a bad person", it's more like: we don't really see the world in a compatible way, so let's not.
