The entire Bastion OST is amazing. I was looking for "white noise" music to drown out background noise, and listened to a whole bunch of video game OSTs, and Bastion blew my mind.

SH2's soundtrack is one of the greatest.

I have only one: from the Berserk PS2 game. The language that Hirasawa Susumu invented for that piece is gorgeous, and always gives me goosebumps.

There's also an OST from the first anime series (and it's awesome).

The track on that trailer (which seems to be a mashup of cutcenes and gameplay from the game mixed in with footage from the aforementioned anime) is called "Signs" ... I keep haunting iTunes hoping it'll show up as officially released for the US at some point, because I would buy the hell out of it.

Several of the World of Warcraft soundtracks are great. Also several of the Elder Scrolls soundtracks. And Civilization 4 has some great songs.

I still have a great fondness for the Baldur's Gate OSTs, and will rec the Khuldahar theme from Icewind Dale if you want something soothing.

Also, Dragon Age: Origins, and the Sims 3 and 4.

Undertale is the easy answer but it's almost a parody of itself.

A lot of my faves were already mentioned but I especially love the Journey OST and the OST of Final Fantasy VI.
