I might be sympathetic to him if it was about the difference between animal rights and animal welfare and just using PETA as an example of the former, but this just sounds really annoying.

It's frustrating! I've now told him rather bluntly now that this thread is for quick references and quick discussions and if he wants an indepth discussion we can take it to a new thread (not that it's going anywhere. I agree about PETA! However am sceptical on them being linked to local group because I can't find anything and not interested in a serious discussion because like all political groups I agree with Ondine things but not others)

I swear if he comes back with another comment just stating facts about PETA I am reporting him for spam. This thread is not about PETA. PETA has not attended. PETA will not attend. Stfu
