i don't read fic but based on the overwatch tag on tumblr, junkrat is the woobie. fandom just loves their pasty twinks.
reaper isn't exactly woobified, more like made into an anti-hero instead of villain, but that's just my interpretation

I was slightly baffled by the sudden Junkrat-enthustiasm that took over my dash for a bit, but then I figured that yeah, he is the kind of guy who some parts of fandom will get super-attached to, and continued with my life.

I think maybe people lack material to really start making Reaper into a woobie? We don't know much about how he became Reaper and not that whole lot about Gabriel Reyes, either.
