Is that his Aspie gf? I had mixed feelings about that. Ordinarily I love this show but that particular character and all their interactions felt very fanservicey in a "scoring social justice points" kind of way. If that's the goal, I'd rather see more Mrs. Hudson.

same. I enjoy some of their interactions a lot, mostly when they manage to make it look like they like each other.
Other than that I find them awkward even though her character should be someone I love.

When was the last time Mrs Hudson was actually on screen? Feels like forever ago.

I think that a certain segment of people watching are supposed to love her. I can't help feel like I'm being played, though... and to answer the usual peanut gallery comments of "it's a TV show, of course you're being manipulated", what I mean is, played in a relatively clumsy way that stands out, yet has no real purpose in driving the plot.

Dunno. I think she was on there twice, very briefly. I was very disappointed she wasn't at least a semi-regular character, because I've always like the Holmes/Watson interaction with Mrs. Hudson in the Doyle stories.

I'm so far behind on this season. I think I've seen 7 episodes? So I don't know who the girl is. However, I tend to ship Sherlock/Bell or Sherlock/Alfredo, so I'm guessing I won't be a fan. I wouldn't be adverse to Sherlock/Joan, but I think it is nice that there is a male/female friendship that has been said will remain platonic, so I prefer to have it only in fandom, not canon.

I like her well-enough and I don't mind the relationship but it's so barely there I kind of wonder why they even did it. I can't remember if she even turned up again after the episode she decided she wanted to have sex...

I'm not a huge fan of their relationship, but I don't want him with Watson, either (I'm fine with it in fandom, but I don't want it to be canon). I don't find either of their love lives all that interesting, tbh.

I like them as a couple and found some of their scenes genuinely sweet, even romantic, which is extremely rare for me. I hope she doesn't get fridged next season :(

Sherlock's 'romance' with Moriarty was way too generic for me in comparison.
