(Anonymous) 2016-06-25 12:34 am (UTC)(link)I've gone off dragons since they got turned into flying ponies by Anne MaCafferey. Dragons should be murderous terrifying and tricksy and almost impossible to defeat. The point, as someone said of fairytales in general, is that the monsters can be defeated.
