I would feel like that argument depend on who is the 'host'/main personality/persona? Pardon me if that's a rude way to word it, I'm not sure what the terminology is.

"Host" doesn't get used a lot. Makes it sound like there's one personality that owns the body, and the others are ghosts or parasites or some other kind of outside visitor. Which, admittedly, probably applies to a lot of fiction...idk exactly what Typhoid Mary's backstory is.

If it's relatively-realistic DID, and you're talking about two (or more) personalities that experience themselves as fully-formed people who happen to inhabit the same body, it's hard to argue that one of them has a more valid claim of bodily autonomy or self-determination than the other. Even if one of them was the "original", or has been around for longer, or what have you.

Ideally you get the system to work together and come up with a body-use arrangement they can all live with. In the absence of that...I think it's just complicated and messy and full of pitfalls that don't necessarily have clear-cut answers :/
