I think it's when fabric perfectly adheres to a breast and clings to it, like a sock would a foot. Most fabric doesn't fit like that on boobs, hence shirts giving people "uniboob" because the fabric just stretches across the gaps instead of dipping and clinging to the surface of them.

My first thought was the whole tubesock type boob thing though.
