Medical question (a bit TMI for menstrual stuff)

[personal profile] philstar22 2016-06-25 10:02 pm (UTC)(link)
So, after the surgery and everything, I thought I was going to be okay. And my period two weeks ago seemed to affirm that because the pain was a lot less. But I'm not okay. Now, two weeks later, I'm having another period. And the pain, while slightly less than before, is still pretty bad. Bad enough that ibuprofen won't do anything.

My gynecologist wouldn't give me any painkillers, and while I could message my primary physician on Monday, I already know he won't because he's the same guy who took me off Vicodin for my migraines without asking.

I honestly don't know what to do. I'm so frustrated and in pain.

If you go to the ER or an Urgent Care they might give you something.

Go to the ER. They'll give you some decent pain meds.
